Position Overview

We are seeking self-motivated Independent Sales Contractors focused entirely on customer acquisition and scheduling. In this role, your primary objective is to acquire new residential cleaning clients, generate leads, and directly schedule appointments into our booking calendar using our software. You do not perform cleaning services—your focus is purely on sales, customer intake, and appointment booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Proactively prospect, market, and acquire new residential cleaning customers across Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties.

• Appointment Scheduling: Input client details and directly schedule initial walkthroughs or cleaning appointments into the company's booking software according to available slots.

• Lead Management: Handle prospective customer inquiries, present cleaning package options, and convert leads into confirmed calendar bookings.

• Data Accuracy: Ensure all customer contact details, address information, and specific service notes are accurately entered into the software platform at the time of scheduling.

Compensation Structure

• Performance-Based Pay: Earn a set payout/commission (per scheduled walkthrough or booked service) once the appointment is successfully entered and verified in the system.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: As an independent contractor, your earnings depend directly on your performance—the more qualified bookings you secure, the more you earn.

• Payout Schedule: Regular direct deposit payouts for all verified bookings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Status: Must operate as an Independent Contractor (1099) with valid tax documentation (SSN or Business EIN).

• Experience: No experience required but is preferred of a Proven track record in outbound sales, phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.

• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable learning and navigating booking software to manage calendar availability and client records.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional sales approach.

• Equipment: Must provide your own phone, computer/tablet, and internet connection to conduct outreach and software entry.

• Agreement: Must sign Ever29 Cleaning LLC’s Independent Contractor Agreement, adhering to standard confidentiality, non-disclosure, and business protocol terms.

Work Location & Hours

• Location: Remote (Flexible work location, targeting clients within Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties).

• Schedule: 100% flexible / set your own hours.
